CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions represent the Contract between our company and each user. Before signing any product purchase or service contract, users should read the applicable terms and conditions very carefully. By signing this contract, users implicitly accept the terms and conditions in force at the time of signing it. However, minors are prohibited from acquiring products or services.
HOW TO ORDER
Before you can place your order, INOXIBAR S.L. must give you a user account that you can request by emailing us at inoxibar@inoxibar.com. Once you have registered, you will be able to place your order from your user account. Please place your order as follows: - Address: If you wish, you can indicate one delivery address and another billing address. - Shipping: Confirmation and acceptance of these terms conditions and of the shipment of the recycled packaging. - Payment: You can choose to pay by transfer or card. Products are delivered within 24 hours to 72 hours, depending on where they are purchased. Shipping costs are included in the price of the products for Mainland and Balearic Islands deliveries. Elsewhere, shipping costs are for the customer's account. All the personal data that we need to complete the purchase are covered by our Privacy Policy.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
The forms of payment are: Transfer: You can order a bank transfer to our bank account Card: If you pay by card, please note the payment will be handled by a payment gateway contracted with our Bank, which is why the information provided to collect the payment will be processed directly by the Bank.
RETURNS
Customers are entitled to withdraw the order (return the order) within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. After this 14-day period, orders can only be returned if they have not been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The money will be returned as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days of the return request. Customers must notify that they are returning the order within this 14-day period by email, so that they can be told the procedure for returning the order (return number, shipping method and delivery address). Return shipping costs will be for the customer's account. If the Customer who decides to return the items to us on a freight collect basis, we will be authorized to charge them any expenses that we incur.
